A platform feature that enables you to capture critical information about every booker at checkout. E.g. flight details, passport info.

Allocation is a setting available per variant.

How to apply Allocation to a product's variant


  1. Go to your product's variant option

  2. Select the toggle option for "Allocation' - this will display your allocation options

  3. Select the fields that you would like customers to enter at the point of booking

We recommend to only using the allocation feature if the information you are collecting is critical to the customer booking - this is in order to reduce any possible 'friction' at checkout to increase conversion. You can always retrieve the information from customers using the check in feature instead.
