Help Centre

Raise support tickets with the team to receive the quickest resolutions to your requests

You can raise support tickets with the team at any time directly in your dashboard. Support tickets will be available to the whole team in order to guarantee we get you the right support as quickly as possible.

To access the Help Centre from your Dashboard select Support > Help Centre from the left hand menu.

You can then write your support request in the text box and hit send. We aim to respond to all support centre requests within 48 hours

The Help Centre should be used for direct, actionable tasks. If you have feature suggestions, wider points of discussion or questions these are still best directed towards your Account Manager
